Scott Armstrong is the president of Advocacy Inc., a government affairs and corporate communications consultancy with domestic and international clients in manufacturing, energy, pharmaceuticals, defense contracting and outdoor adventure.
Scott is the past president of the Longhouse Council, BSA, and serves as vice chairman of the BSA National Communications Committee. He was the media team lead for the 2019 World Scout Jamboree and 2017 National Jamboree. He is the recipient of the Silver Antelope, Silver Beaver, and the OA National Founders Awards.
Scott is a graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo and received his master’s degree in political management from George Washington University.
