Nathan Andrews is President of Morse Manufacturing Co. Inc., the Syracuse-based manufacturer of industrial drum handling equipment. He represents the third generation of his family to manage the company, which was founded in 1923. Since joining the family business in 2002, Morse has more than doubled its sales revenue and has relocated its manufacturing operations to a modern facility that is double the size of the town of Salina. Prior to joining Morse, Mr. Andrews was Practice Director at VDC Research in Natick, MA.
As a proud Eagle Scout, Mr. Andrews is deeply involved in the community, serving in board and advisory positions at several organizations. He is currently Chairman of the Board at Manufacturers Association of Central New York (MACNY). He serves on the Executive Committee of the Longhouse Council, BSA. He serves on the Board of Directors of SelfLock Screw Products Co, Excellus Central New York Regional Advisory Board, CenterState CEO, and Central New York International Business Alliance (CNYIBA). Mr. Andrews previously held positions at the Syracuse Salvation Army, Dewitt Community Church, Syracuse Ducks Unlimited, and the Upstate NY District Export Council. Mr. Andrews received a BS in Engineering Management from the University of Vermont. Mr. Andrews and his wife, Jillian, have two children and reside in Jamesville.
