Coming Soon, on December 3rd!
Join us, The Longhouse Council, in support for millions of scouts.
Scouting teaches youth to Be Prepared for more than just emergencies and contingency plans, but it also means having the skills, determination, and adaptability to persevere when the initial plan fails and things get tough.
The life lessons learned when the quartermaster forgot to pack all the food or forgetting that “leaves of three” really does mean “let it be” are just two examples of the character built by Scouting that will later help young men and women face and overcome the challenges of life.
Scouts call on their experiences in Scouting to help not only to help them with the demands of today, but for the journey ahead.
