Soup Stew |
| |
Ingredients |
| |
1 lb. seasoned cooked
ground beef
2 packages oriental noodle soup (Ramen or other brand)
6 cans condensed soup, all different, or 12 packs cup-a-soup, all
different
Water
1 loaf Italian bread |
| |
Directions |
| |
Read soup labels, measure
out half of the water called for and pour into a pot; bring to a
boil.
Add all soup packets and seasoned ground beef to boiling water,
and heat until boiling again, stirring frequently.
Once mixture is boiling, uncover and reduce heat until simmering.
Stir frequently, until mixture begins to thicken (use your own judgment,
but the thicker, the better). Remove from heat and serve with slices
of bread.
Feeds 6 very hungry people.
Note: Recipe is made easy by pre-cooking the meat at home.
Add your favorite seasonings to the meat in generous quantities
to flavor the whole stew. Any ground meat may be used. This Troop
is especially fond of using venison, but beef, pork or turkey works
just as well. |
