  Turkey in a trashcan
  Ingredients
1 galvanized trash can (inside burned out)
1 wooden stake (2" diameter, 2-1/2" long)
Aluminum foil
30-40 lbs. charcoal
1turkey
Your favorite seasonings
  Directions
Start 20 lbs. of charcoal on fire. Pound stake into ground. Line ground with foil to extend 10" beyond diameter of trash can. Place turkey on stake so it is hanging 2" off the ground (legs pointing down). Rub seasonings into skin as desired. Place trash can upside down over turkey. Shovel burning charcoal around outside of can and also enough to make one layer on top of inverted can. Keep adding charcoal so can stays hot. Check turkey after 2-1/2 hours. Additional cooking may be required depending on size and wind. When turkey is done, enjoy the moistest turkey you ever ate!

Hint: To capture juices, place a bundt pan under the turkey (slide down stake before putting turkey on stake).
