  Pumpkin Roll (Dutch Oven)
  Ingredients
  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix together:
3 eggs
2/3-cup cooked pumpkin
I cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup flour
  Filling Recipe
  8 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
I cup confectioners' sugar
Mix above together, and spread on cooled cake.
  Directions
  Grease jelly roll pan and cover bottom of pan with waxed paper and grease paper. our batter into pan and sprinkle top with chopped walnuts. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Turn out onto powdered sugar-dusted cloth towel (not terry). Remove paper, and roll cake on towel and allow to cool while rolled. When cooled, unroll and spread filling on cake and re-roll. Chill.
