Campfire Omelets
Ingredients
Ziplock baggie for each omelet
2 eggs per omelet
milk
diced ham, peppers, onions (or whatever your prefer)
salt & pepper
Directions
Bring large kettle of water to a boil. Add eggs,
milk and filling preferences to baggie. Season to taste. Seal baggie
& squeeze ingredients until well mixed. Immerse baggie in boiling
water. Cook until egg looks done. Time depends upon how many omelets
are being cooked at the same time.
