How to find us:

Twin Oaks Drive is located off Route 298 between Carrier and GM Circle's.  If you are travelling East on Rte 298 from GM to Carrier Circle, at the first stop light turn left on to Ridings Rd. and then make an immediate left onto Twin Oaks Drive.  Travelling West from Carrier to GM Circle, at the second stop light, turn right onto Ridings Rd. and then make an immediate left onto Twin Oaks Drive.  After you are on Twin Oaks Drive the council office is located at the sharp bend in the road on the right side.
