Facilities
Tent Sites: 10'x12' canvas wall tents set on wood platforms complete with cots and mattresses sleeps four people comfortably. Each site is complete with a picnic table covered by a rain tarp and cooking barrel.

Trailer and Open sites: These sites can accommodate your own family tents or a trailer. These sites include picnic tables with dining flies and a cooking barrel.

Family Camp Wash House: Features men's and women's bathrooms which include flush toilets and hot showers. We also have coin operated washer and dryers. These facilities are cleaned once a day and are open 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Recreation Building: For those not so pleasant rainy days we have a Family Camp Recreation Building complete with couches and chairs, games for the kids and a fireplace. We supply the wood. Also located in the recreations building we have a trading post that sells novelty items as well as candy, soda, ice blocks and camping items that you might have forgotten. Limited food items can be purchased through our Main Camp Commissary at our cost.

Program and Activities
A Family Camp Director is at you disposal for check in, check out and all of your programming needs during your stay at camp. Saturday and Sunday we do not run program for Family Camp but you are welcome to camp and use our facilities.

Swimming: Will be at our Main Waterfront during Free Swim, 3:30 - 4:20. Since you will be at a camp for young boys we ask that you wear modest swimwear.

Boating: All canoes, rowboats, kayaks paddles and life jackets will be provided for you. Children must have an adult with them and a lifeguard on duty. No boating or swimming can be done on camp property without a certified BSA Lifeguard or equivalent, no exceptions will be made.

Rifle and Archery: Your Family Camp Director will schedule a time for you to use both of these ranges during your stay at camp. Minimum age requirement is 12 years of age.

Other Program Opportunities: Day Hikes, Challenge Valley (obstacle course), Handicrafts will also be scheduled during your stay.

Camp wide Barbecues: You are encouraged to attend our weekly camp wide BBQ on Sundays and Fridays. The cost is $5.00 per adult and $2.00 per child under 10 years of age. You can pay at the camp office.

* Do not bring Firearms of any kind into Sabattis Scout Reservation. Also no electrical appliances or alcoholic beverages. · You will have to bring your own sleeping gear, food, cooking equipment and eating utensils.
