1). Print out the PDF file of local
media contacts for your unit's record
2). Pick the Press Release that most closely matches your need.
3). Type in the Media Source Section of the Press Release.
4). Complete your Press Release either filing in the blanks or
writing your own.
5). Either print out your final version of your Press Release
to be faxed at a later time or, if your computer is fax capable,
you can fill the forms out online and then submit to the Media
Source chosen. Please note that the media still prefers hard copy,
rather than e-mail. If you want your own
set of the press releases they are available in a zip file
in .RTF format which most word processors will read.
